Price: $120/day. Three day minimum.  You will get 100 miles a day free and will be charged 20 cents a mile after that, e.g. if you rent for 5 days, you get 500 miles free. Generator - $4/hour.  

Payment: Credit cards not accepted. Full payment is due on day of departure, e.g., balance of rental fee and damage deposit ($500). Fees are subject to a State Sales Tax of 6.5%.

Reservation Deposit: 3 day rental = $120; 7 day rental = $240. 14 day rental = $840.  If reservation is canceled less than 30 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Damage Deposit: A minimum of $500 is required at time of departure in the form of cash or a cashier’s check. Refundable within 5 business days of return providing the RV is clean inside and outside, holding tanks are empty, gas and propane are full, and the RV is not damaged or abused. There will be a $40 charge if the inside is not clean and a $20 charge if the outside is not clean.

Insurance: You can get a binder from your own insurance company or you can purchase it on-line from www.mbachoice.com - (Dealer# 7606, series 2).

Gasoline and propane tanks are full at the time of departure and must be returned full. If not, you will be charged a $20 service charge to fill the gasoline tank plus the cost of the gas at the current price per gallon. A $20 service charge will also be charged to fill the propane tank plus the cost of the propane at the current price per gallon.

A dumping fee of $20 will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty upon return.

No pets and no smoking.

All drivers must be 25 years of age or older.

Complete operating instructions will be given at the time of departure. It will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. A more convenient time may be scheduled.

Any additional terms will be disclosed when the rental agreement is signed.
